Andrew directed his first feature, Sea, for Shavick Entertainment which went on to play numerous festivals in the US and Europe. He has produced over 40 short films including Man Feel Pain which won Best Short at the Toronto International Film Festival and Crazy Late, Zach Lipovsky’s winning entry for Steven Spielberg’s On The Lot. Andrew also produced Sk8 Life for Travesty Productions which screened at the Sundance Film Festival in 2007.

Mark has written for almost every medium, in almost every genre. His first feature film, The Green Chain, http://www.thegreenchain.com/ which he wrote, directed and produced, received a Canadian Screenwriting Award nomination for best feature screenplay. Mark is hosting a Green Chain podcast series http://thetyee.ca/Series/2007/09/06/TreesandUs/ dealing with forestry issues and the environment for one of Canada’s top on-line publications, The Tyee.Mark was a story editor and writer for the Lifetime TV series Blood Ties. He has also written for The Collector, Psi Factor, the CBC documentary series Life and Times and a lot of very cool cartoons. A lifelong comic fan, he’s currently writing for a new hour long drama in development with No Equal Entertainment for CHUM, based on the Marvel comic Moon Knight. His stage plays have been produced throughout Canada and the US and have also been seen in Europe and Australia. An award-winning journalist, Mark has written for such publications as Time Magazine, Maclean’s and The Utne Reader and is a regular contributor to The Georgia Straight and The Tyee. He also has a website.
